The Preserve
Thank you for your interest in HVP! Our Preserve is nestled along the picturesque Grand River in Harpersfield, Ohio, boasting beautifully treed, 2 acre lots. Our home owners enjoy walking and hiking along the trails, as well as fishing, and viewing the natural beauty of the thirty five acre preserve surrounding our development and bordering on the Grand River. We believe this property to be unique in it’s natural beauty as well as in the surrounding area! The Lots
We currently have eight 2 acre lots available for pre-sale. These lots will be fronting on a dedicated Township paved road with street lighting. All lots will have access to underground city water, gas, electric and cable with septic systems pre-approved.

Finally, there is a Covenant explanation page describing our regulations regarding the set back areas and building requirements. We are currently working on our HOA by-laws but our projected annual dues will be in the $500/lot/year range.
